Mental Health Support Ministry
Our Mental Health Matters Ministry provides a compassionate space where individuals can feel seen and heard. We offer monthly support groups, topical workshops, and access to online resources aimed at breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting flourishing lives.

Leader and Community Trainings
We recommend and occasionally host in person the Fairfax – Falls Church County’s trainings. All of these trainings are available virtually on the county website.

Caregivers Support Group
A place for those who care for kids, spouses or parents struggling with mental health challenges. We have daytime once a month. Join us and connect with others who are walking a similar journey for support and encouragement.
Daytime Meetings: monthly on the second Thursday, 12pm – 1 pm, Room 267. Sept 10, Oct 8, Nov 12

Call or Text. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress as well as prevention and crisis resources. The counties in Northern Virginia provide an abundance of resources and services. Click on your county to find out more.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Northern Virginia)
NAMI Northern Virginia is an organization that advocates for better lives for those individuals who have a mental illness, and provides free mental health support, online groups, resources and education.
