We strongly believe in partnering with families as children grow in their faith! From birth through 6th grade, we provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids can learn about Jesus, ask questions, build lasting friendships, and discover what it means to follow Him.

Let’s Get Started

We encourage worshiping together as a family. That’s why we offer programming for birth through 6th grade at both our 9:30 and 11:00am services, with grade schoolers attending worship alongside their parents during one hour and joining a Columbia Kids small group during the other. This gives kids the chance to experience the larger church with their family while building relationships with friends and trusted leaders in an age-appropriate setting.

Parents, there’s a place for you too! Use the opposite hour to join an adult small group, build community, or serve on a ministry team—including Columbia Kids.

A Glimpse into Columbia Kids

What we are learning

Preschoolers cannot see God, but they need to know that He is always with them. God is close enough to hear their giggles and tears, and He hears them when they pray to Him. So, we have Bible stories to share that will help preschoolers learn God is always with me.

We serve a God who wants to speak to us and who designed us to hear from Him every day! For many of us, though, hearing from God feels complicated. Where do I start? How do I know if it’s God or my own thoughts? God loves when we ask those questions—and we’re excited to help our grade school kids ask those questions, too, as we explore FREQUENCY – Learning to hear from God.
